We are committed to customer service and support and therefore, wherever you are located, we make sure support is available. Didaktik products carry a two-year parts and labour warranty. We also provide an installation, commissioning and training service (either on-site or at our premises) for any customers who require additional assistance. We keep accurate records of what was sold and support units with spares and accessories for as long as we possibly can.
